Shortlisted! CIBSE Building Performance Awards 2023

We are thrilled to announce that IO Controls has been shortlisted in the CIBSE Building Performance Awards 2023 (Collaboration category). This is in recognition of our work at British Land’s 32-acre site “Broadgate”, where we have been responsible for maintaining the Building Energy Management Systems and helping to deliver energy saving initiatives since 2019.

Our collaboration at Broadgate has helped to deliver multiple schemes, in support of British Land’s commitment to achieving a net zero carbon portfolio by 2030. The resulting outcomes have measurably enhanced the performance of buildings, whilst increasing the comfort and safety of its occupiers.
